Nah, I have a really baller immune system.

Plus, I live under the assumption that if everyone but me gets one, then I cannot get the flu, assuming no outsiders bring it in.

I get one very rarely, but they were giving them away for free at work...so why not. Last time I got one...abt 3 years ago my bp got really high...but that's probably b/c I haven't had one in a while?

I have gotten one every year for the past three years. No instances of the flu those years.

What are your opinions on the flu vaccine, tww? What about other vaccines? I hear they have a chicken pox vaccine now.

damn, I was gonna post ibt autism. too late.

my boss won't give the one year old i work with a flu shot because she says there is lead in the vaccine.

Hmmm. Found some very sensational media reports on flu vaccines.

http://www.endalldisease.com/study-flu-shots-during-pregnancy-lead-to-4250-percent-increase-in-fetal-deaths/

http://vaxtruth.org/2011/09/the-flu-vaccine-what-your-doctor-wont-tell-you-or-probably-doesnt-even-know/

and a first page article from 2006, which I feel could be misleading to people googling about today's vaccine. but I guess if you don't check the date it is your fault.

are non-vaccinators required to get the vaccines if you go out of the country? or can they claim some sort of religious freedom? what if they go on a mission trip and bring back something that has been eradicated from the US?

Some countries require proof of yellow fever vaccination, but I don't think proof of vaccination is required in general.

this girl from HS posted this on FB

http://www.lahealthyliving.com/1/post/2013/12/why-the-amish-dont-get-sick-things-you-can-learn-from-them.html

also she is pregnant, and it was 'liked' a few times, so I went a little overboard with my response

I think I went 8 years without getting a shot and never got the flu. Last year and this year I did get the shot free through work.

I probably got lucky though.

My son is terminally ill, and we appreciate anyone who takes the time to get the flu shot, especially if they come into contact with him.

Thanks if you've gotten it, you are indirectly helping people like my son.

Get your flu shots people! Even if it doesn't affect you much you could pass it on to someone that isn't as lucky.

Had it for the past several years at my previous job since it was free and administered in the same building. New job also gives them out for free, but you have to get them in a different building. Thus, I haven't gotten one this year.

I got one but the dude did it all wrong and I shot blood everywhere

which means the vaccine itself probably didn't make it into my body long enough to do anything

The only time I've ever had the flu was the last time I got a flu shot. That was like years ago. Fuck that. So my answer is not no but HELL NO.

I can see how you're pissed that the flu shot didn't protect you from the kind you got.

But you seem to think the flu shot caused you to get the flu, which isn't possible.

Well I didn't die. But I also don't live in NC.

Also the government can't use it's mind control on now, like all of you suckers.

More than 30 were in the 25-40 age range. Those that are less likely to be vaccinated.
