http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/sedans/112_0810_2008_infiniti_g37_sedan_test/index.htmlIts now as fast as the 335i. 0-60 in 5.0 seconds is good for being fresh out the box. cars usually get a little faster when they are broken in.Better on gas too

i remember when 300hp = 5.0 0-60... now it takes 10 % more cause cars are porky....

^I know man, its bullshit. I can't figure out why car companies keep making cars bigger. If the Civic is too small step up to an Accord, don't complain so they make the Civic bigger. It boggles the mind.

except 0-60 times are very dependent on tires and driveline configuration... it's not that accurate a measure of how fast a car is--although every metric has its weaknesses. I mean come on, the old bugeye WRX's were listed as a 5.4 0-60 or so, but that was with a hard launch on their glass transmissions.

E36 M3 did it 5.4 sec with measly 240hp. 13 years ago.

Yeah they report the same time for s2000's.I would love to actually see someone pull it off in their personal car. Maybe on a trial car you never have to own clutch dropping from 8000rpm. Not me though. I'm granny shifting, not double clutchin like I should be.

TKE I believe that the Charger R/T has a 5.7L engine at @340HP. I believe your 0-60 time is correct for the R/T, just not the displacement. Only the SRT-8 has a 6.1L and its HP is closer to 425. IIRC it's 0-60 is 5.4 seconds. Not too bad for a 4000+lb car[Edited on October 13, 2008 at 11:46 AM. Reason : A]

^^Your GSR isn't an s2000. I think you can agree with me that honda has a little more expeirence with FWD economy cars then RWD roadsters. Blown diff club wasnt founded for no reason!
