Anybody know of a sub $100 clear QAM tuner?

Amazingly my Samsung was before the era of putting a QAM tuner in the machine and I'd like to receive HD TV channels. What's more fun is I have an over the air tuner built in though!

I think he means a stand alone box and not a computer add-in.

Woot.com was selling Pinnacle PCTV HD Cards for $25 shipped. I have enough parts to build a box for it. Overkill? Perhaps... Why then? Because it's damn cheap!!

Yeah, looking for a stand alone box, no add-in's etc.

Would also like to find a sole tuner, no combination box if possible.
