I don't have much information at all other than https shits the bed but every other :80 site works. Paypal logged in though, but other secure sites (BBT, Mint, First Citizens) don't seem to be working. Also, it took an unusual amount of time to finally get paypal to log in as well.

stick wireshark on a tap in between the machine in question and the firewall to see exactly what's happening with the https packets.

my 501 at home gets loopy sometimes and has issues and needs a reboot. I wish I knew why..

Make sure you're allowing Port 443 in the 501's config.

I have a 501 sitting in a drawer somewhere, it was not very stable, so at the time i just went back to my linksys router.
