So at work we have a folder we have to constant delete files out of after they have been transfered. Is there a batch file or shortcut we could place on the desktop so we would not have to select all the files each time. Thanks for the help

Do you use a script to transfer data that you just add a rm command to?

ctrl + a,
shift + delete

yea Im using control+a and del now. I was just trying to simply make this a one click thing. So I was looking into making a batch file but its been a while and I really dont remember how to write one.

Thanks for trying to help, I just looked it up online. Is there a more efficient/correct method than just having a batch file go change into the directory and del *
