Not sure if this is an issue from Vista, Office 2007, or just a problem with this one laptop, but this is the first time I've ever experienced it:When copying between pages or apps, if you don't immediately paste, the information is lost from the clipboard. EX: I'm drafting an email and want to paste a screen shot. If I try to type some leading info about the picture before I actually paste the image, the copied info that should have been pasted next is lost.Is this is an issue with how much memory the clipboard has or is this something possibly from Vista or Office 2007? Same thing happens for plain text, hyperlinks, pictures, etc.

Office 07 is about as buggy as vista.

I highly doubt this has anything to with Vista or Office. This sounds like spyware/malware maybe you do have something corrupted, or a virus scanner/privacy setting on to clear the clipboard?

^^not even close

^^ I'm pretty pro-active about avoiding all of that in general... any suggestions of what to look for? AVG, Spybot, and Ad-Aware haven't picked up anything...

Today it happened going between Firefox 3 and an outlook email (ie: copying and pasting a weblink, but typing in the preceeding info about the link before pasting it) and it also happened in Excel 2007 (ie: copying from an above cell, typing some leading info in the cell to its left then not being able to paste in the destination cell.
