Have any of you run into this, where a class required for your degree is basically the same class you sat through a couple semesters ago? What did you do? Did you sit through it to get an easy A, test out of it, or just take it as that's how it is? Also, how many of these classes would you have to go through before it became a problem for you in regards to your actual learning and education?

^I should've tested out of Organic, but I ended up with an A+. So whatever.[Edited on September 8, 2008 at 2:38 PM. Reason : only happened that once... if you're doing this many times, it's probably counterproductive]

I just tested out of drafting, which makes sense because I have worked as a draftsman for four years. IMO, it's wasted time to repeat something when you could be learning something that will be useful down the road.
