can someone explain to me what equation i use to answer this question?

A solution is found to be 0.1741% by weight CoF3. What is the concentration of the F1- ion expressed in ppm?

assume 0.001741g of CoF3, convert to moles CoF3, convert to ions F- (3), then convert to grams F, then multiply by 10^6 to get ppm
