So basically this thread will run for each week on what you'd like to see happen.

Things I'd like to see happen...

NC State field a competent offense, have no turnovers, and ultimately destroy W&M

South Carolina destroy Vandy and hold them to very little points in doing so (it may show off how good SC's defense is)

GT beat BC (I hate BC b/c of their ungrateful and obnoxious fans)

Michigan beat Miami (OH)

Wake beat Ole Miss (this conference needs a win over an SEC team even if it is a lower tier one)

Miami (FL) shock #5 Florida (while very unlikely, a win like this would shut up all the people bagging on the ACC)

I hope UConn and Syracuse can start to win again and make it hard for BC to recruit players in the New England/Upper Northeast region. I would love for BC to become a bottom feeder in the ACC. On the other hand though I want Rutgers to only really win two more games and those being against UNC and South Florida. Reason being I want Rutgers to fall back into obscurity so that TOB can easily recruit the Jersey/Delaware/Pennsylvania/Maryland area without them selling their BS about them being a great program. I want South Florida to drop off some so that we have one less major player in recruiting Florida prospects. It was hard enough getting quality FL players out of their with FSU, UF, and Miami all being good back in the day.

Oklahoma stomps Cincinnati in Sooner fashion.
ECU beats WVU, the bigger the bubble the better it is when we burst it. The less it stings if we don't.

So it seems a lot of people are wanting Miami to beat Florida. What are your reasons? Is it b/c you want people to stop bagging on the ACC, do you hate Florida, or is it a combination of both? Any other reasons out there?

I've never really liked Florida since the Spurrier days, but in the recent months i've reallllllly fucking hated Florida because everyone online in NCAA uses them and after I get my 4th or so INT because they're running around in the backfield with Tebow and throwing off his back foot, they call me a cheater and quit.

lol and i'm using NC State and Duke against these guys.

1. I'm in grad school at Miami, so they are my 2nd favorite (just behind NC State)

2. The media loves to make UF out to be "America's Team" because of Tebow and they are the "flavor du jour"... despite having a rap sheet and criminal record in the last 5 years that would make Dennis Erickson's teams blush and look like choir boys. Why wasn't the AR15 incident ever in national news? They did this same shit with Nebraska and Oklahoma back in the day. It pisses me off!

3. There is nothing more revolting than a Florida fan. Miami fans are terrible because they don't exist, they live far away, or don't speak English. But Florida fans are the biggest bandwagon Wal-Mart fans and the only fanbase that can surpass UNC in douchebaggery. They were wearing garnet and gold in the 90's. They now wear jorts and Tebow jerseys. Gainesville is not Titletown, USA. Stop with that shit!

4. Florida is picked to win big and is very, very arrogant. They are already thinking about UGA. Time for someone to knock them down a peg or two. Who better suited to do this than Miami? Miami has NOTHING to lose... but Florida has everything to lose.

5. Time for the ACC to break out! The conference needs a flagship team.

My dad and grandfather both played for Miami. I was brought up to respect the seminoles and hate the gators. And have learned to hate the buckeyes and the irish along the way.
