I do have the sense to know that flash and outlook have NOTHING to do with each other...... she's just blaming it on me. But, all I did was what I typed. I thought that maybe running it "as administrator" fuxx it up.Internet explorer

This'll be fun ...So really, I have no clue about your problems because the symptoms you describe honestly very much do not make sense to me, and I've seen some messed up stuff. You are leaving out some information somewhere.Try explaining again, and this time don't try to explain in technical terms, just explain how things are as you see them, in normal speak.Oh, and interesting fact related to your profile: I lived in Elizabethtown for ~1 year in 1986. Went to part of Kindergarten and part of First Grade there. Small town is an understatement.

Okay..........Went to adobe.com, clicked install flash, the little video played and then a message box popped up and said that it was finished and I needed to restart my computer. I restarted the computer. I went to the website that required the flash, it did not work. It popped open the screen is supposed to ask for a password, but did not work again. This started happening when adobe said to upgrade to 9.0 (this was her doing)....... so anyways. I go to the troubleshooting page, it said to right click adobe flash on my computer and click "run as administrator". I did this. It still did not work. I uninstalled adobe flash, went back to adobe.com and did this again, and again.I swear on all that is holy, this is all i did and I do not know why it is not working. My boss then went back to her computer and said that her outlook was asking for a password everytime it send/receive. She puts in her password, clicks "save password" and it still asks for it again. I know that the two probably don't have anything to do with each other, but i just need some help.Be glad that you got out of Etown when you did....... spending 18 years there was enough for me! Don't get me wrong, I love the people, just the town is dead.THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!

The Outlook problem sounds like user error (on her part). She needs to make sure she's typing in the password correctly if it keeps throwing the authentication window at her. It doesn't sound like you did anything to change her Outlook settings.Which browser is she using? Firefox, IE, Safari ...?
