this has been talked about and disagreed upon several times in the pastedit post is there for a reasonno need to add a useless function when so much else needs to be fixed

such as the moderation et al

i don't like having to go back and edit my posts. it would be much easier and more pleasing on the eyes if i didn't have to leave the edited tag.it's not at all useless, i just think you guys are just too lazy to make the board better.

the preview function would never be used. people would get in the habit of quickly clicking preview -> post or just skipping it all together and then editing. school tool would have been a pretty nice summer project though. is it still broken?

It may have been disagreed upon, but where's the harm in having a button beside the post reply button allowing you to optionally edit? seriously. where's the objection outside of being too lazy to add a button?

I understand that it probably won't happen, i'm just curious why it won't. is it because the people who can do so are too lazy to do so, or some other reason. the first is the only one that makes sense.

the reason it's not gonna happen is most of us don't need it...lemme introduce you to a fresh new concept...proofreading.

BigEgo, you have missed the point. TWW uses some "crazy" outdated piece of shit code. Pretty much any other forum you visit will have all the tools you are looking for. Look else where.

I'm waiting till i have to pay pledge dues to spend any money, and then i'll evaluate my financal situation and consider paying 5 bucks haha. i'm also considering getting packpride's premium. of course it all depends on how much spare money i can budget.i'm a poor college student so the 5 bucks matters (it takes away from drink money)
