DONT DO ITalso dont purchase any extended warranty until your manufacturers warranty is about to expire!

don't do any of that.for the fabric protection, get 3 cans of scotchguard at wal-mart for $7/each and spray the seats and exposed surfaces yourself. that's what they were going to do. save yourself some cash. remember it stinks, so air it out for a while after application. if you want the interior to look new, get some custom made seat covers. they resist all stains and spills. wipe off everything. the maint. program is just a profit center for them, b/c they will always find something else that they don't cover. as with anything, GET IT IN WRITING. if they claim to replace your engine at 50k for $5 a month for 12 mos, you know what to do.[Edited on August 19, 2008 at 11:51 PM. also, only buy an extended warranty that is offered through the manufacturer, never through the dealer or third party.

i dont know what maintenance items toyota covers over your 60 months, such as oil services, brake pads/rotors, belts, etc...but if they dont cover any of that from day one then a maintenance program would be a good idea to go for, just make sur eyou understand all the terms and def get a list of what is and is not covered...and

see didnt negotiate anything that was free, go ahead and get used to that fact. she either negotiated something that she paid for, or she was given something free- simple as that. you have to get up pretty early to get a dealer to leave money on the table, and getting them to do that on a USED car is just not going to happen.Back on topic: I would like to see documentation that fred anderson toyota sold her a
