We have a room for rent in our 3-bedroom apartment at Champion Court. Located on Avent Ferry, kind of behind the avent ferry dorm area. Rent will be about $315 + utilities (cable, internet, electric). Usually ends up a little under $400 each month total. It takes me about 15 minutes to walk to the brickyard from our apartment. There are two bathrooms, so you'll share one with me. It's two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. We have a washer/dryer near the kitchen downstairs. You'll have your own parking spot. Hmmm...trying to think of other things.
