One of my roommates has an internship in spring '09 and will be moving out in December. We are looking for someone to take over his lease in Janurary. The apartment is in Gorman Street Village. It is a three bedroom apartment, each room with its own bathroom. Base rent is $335 a month. Located one mile from NCSU. This would be great for anyone studying abroad in the fall and needs a place in the spring. Please contact me if interested.
