I am looking for a small camera that can be mounted to the frame of a mountain bike just to record simple video, doesnt have to be hd or anything like that.

Any ideas where to pick something like that up?

you need a lipstick/barrel camera + a recorder. they start at ~250 bucks for a battery powered package. the internet is your friend, you arent going to find anything that will work locally.
