Is there a good freeware AV out there that will run on Server 2003 (WHS)? Most of the free one's won't run on WHS, because it's listed as a server OS.n/m found this:http://mswhs.com/2007/06/26/more-anti-virus-software-for-whs/

"free" is a relative term.just pwn a copy of Norton NIS'09 I've heard it's actually decent this time around.

"free" is not relative, morality is relative.

NIS 2009 for free, let me know, AFAIK, it always requires an upgrade (old AV UPC)[Edited on October 13, 2008 at 8:08 PM. Reason : ,]

I used to use AVG Free but it seemed to be getting bigger and slower as time went on. Avira has been much better though you do get a pop-up a day with the free version. Generally, both seem to have better malware detection than Symantec and McAfee.http://www.avira.com/en/pages/index.php
