I don't understand why I am getting the responses I am here. If I wanted this to be in the Classifieds, I would have put it there. I thought since this was supposed to be the older, more mature crowd, I would have been taken a little more seriously. The requirements for this section are to be graduated. That was mainly my "target market": Alumni who are ready to purchase their first home.I ran this up the flagpole so to speak before I posted it so ya'll can get off my nuts.
