So I was going to put this in the other Stargate movie thread, but it's been 90 days since a post in it. Looks like the dvdrip of the latest Stargate movie has been floating around the internets for at least the last 2 weeks. FYI for the handful of people that care about those sort of things.Oh yeah, and Richard Dean Anderson is back in this one. As well as the final appearance of Don Davis (R.I.P. )

really? I'm going to dl this ASAP.since this is a SG thread, I was gonna bump the Atlantis thread last week but it was dead for 90 days so I said f it. Last week's episode was typical SGA (which is okay most of the time but not as good as SG-1). I didn't get to watch tonight's yet because I just got home for work though.

Wow when did Don Davis die? Sad.

Davis died on June 29th.http://www.gateworld.net/news/2008/06/don_s._davis_1942-2008.shtmlI made a thread about it over in chit chat.I just got finished watching it. I thought it was pretty good. RDA doesn't really have a huge role. (neither does Don Davis for that matter, but it was good to see him one more time)Overall, it's definitely worth a watch if you're a fan of the series.

when mcguyver became general is when the series went to shitand the best i've ever seen out of atlantis could, at best, be described as interesting - never good thoughwhen sg1 as in it's prime i thought it was better than the movie

I am a fan...and wasnt that thrilled with it. And Sorry, but i like SGA alot. Perhaps not as much as the first 7-8 years of SG1, but still quite a bit

I just caught the past 2 weeks' Atlantis on the DVR, and i have to say, as someone who's been watching Stargate since the beginning, they were pretty terrible, in every way (although the special effects seem slightly better for some reason).
