I'm 5'11' Its a large frame, but I think it fits more like a medium if you compare it to say, a 19" Gary Fisher. It would fit someone between 5'6" and 6'. But how well it fits will vary from person to person (i.e. short legs & long torso, vs long legs w/ short trunk).
