you can always pass on the 7 man screen and sign up for the 6 man contact in raleigh for $2,000 on august 22 and 23.

or, we've got the 8 man contact going on in the fall. you know, full contact with kickoffs and returns. starts up sept 9th. we need some new, young, cocky blood in that league.

make sure you let em know your too tough to play 7 man screen. the guys will like that....

bump and run for 5 yards

open hand blocking above the waist all over field


most of the 8 man contact teams play 7 man screen also on regional/national level


a team from our league scrimmages a couple of the better intramural teams on the intramural field before your season starts
