Yeah there's plenty of sketchy people in the right part of town in any city. If you want to see them in Cary, just go to the Best Buy at crossroads at the right time of night. Some dude there wasn't being subtle at all about dealing drugs out of his honda accord in the middle of the busy parking lot at christmas time, haha. This was a little after the sun went down at 7:30pm. I mean, I suppose he could've been selling cupcakes, but having one sketch ass car drive up, the thugged out owner get out, walk over to this car (running with its parking lights on), lean down and talk for a bit and exchange *something* with the driver, then leave... Well, it doesn't take a rocket scientist.

If this was an abduction though it occurred in a fairly nice part of town. Regency park is a little sketchier than Lochmere, but they're both rather nice areas. I'd be wondering about it being somebody she knew as well.

well thats the point isn't it. a woman shouldn't have to be afraid to go running outside. especially at 7am on a saturday morning. especially in cary.

i really really really hope they find her. this sketches me out so much. i was at work yesterday and we had all this stuff on hold from her she was supposed to come get and the note on it said "hold until 12pm" and she didn't come so at like 4 we put it all back out. like usually we call when we take stuff off hold but she is a regular customer and knows the deal so just figured she had changed her mind. definitely freaks me out to think about.

its most likely someone who knows her and knew that she'd be out and about. i doubt she was the type of chic who would get in some random passer-by's car if he pulled up beside her to ask questions, and i would find it unlikely that someone who didn't believe they could get her to come quietly would physically abduct her in the open daylight. if they didn't find her yesterday then she is clearly abducted and most likely won't be seen again. dogs would have found her if she was hurt and on the side of the road.

assuming she didn't willingly leave her family and two children, which, based on reports, is behavior atypical of her, then she is clearly abducted.

if she fell and hit her head her scent would have been picked up and her most likely to have been found. if add even a drop of realism and not just blind optimism to the equation, yes, clearly abducted.

oh my GOD. she's been missing for like a day...there HAS NOT been that much of a stir. and last time i watched the news (which is daily) i see black/poor/hispanic/white/old/young missing people in the area at LEAST get their picture on the news.

come on, that is pretty much all she's gotten as well. plus the area in which it happened probably has something to do with the coverage:
1) LOCAL
2) cary. crime in cary usually gets some coverage no matter what the crime. because it is CARY. its supposed to be like pleasantville so everytime something off happens there, there is coverage.
