Has anyone found a standalone QAM/ATSC tuner box that has a DB15 analog monitor output? I want to turn big old monitors into HD TVs. I know I can use a tuner card and HTPC software like mythtv and mediaportal, but I would like to bypass it.

I found this one, but it looks like it sucks.

The Viewsonic N5-2 and N6 are like what you want, though they only handle NTSC. If you start your search with those, that might lead you somewhere.
