past 90 days, but I need help...

I got a ticket about 2 weeks ago for this, have been in the process of getting it renewed (i owed county taxes in nash) and just got ANOTHER ticket today for it.

300 sucks when I'm in the process of getting it fixed. Both citations are in two different counties. What should I do?
