Does anyone have any horse supplies they do not need any more? Or does anyone know where to buy cheaper or used horse supplies?

Have you tried eBay? equiteric is a seller on there that often sells things very cheaply and can be trusted to the utmost. We buy a lot of things from her store. There's also your local feed stores (Southern Home Farm and Garden) as well as Tractor Supply stores, and...gosh, I can't remember a few of the other magazines that are pretty cheap. A few PetSmarts even have a State Line Tack in them.

http://www.statelinetack.com/I used to order from them when I rode.I also used to buy used tack and clothes off other riders. I'd find flyers at the stables I worked and rode at.

I am the only student at the barn I ride at, so I can't go there. I will check out this ebay seller though.thanks!

Oh, another thing. I don't know if Triangle Horse Sports still does this, but they and M&M Tack Store used to have a used stuff section. I have no clue if they still do this. Triangle Horse Sports used stuff USED to be in the store, then it was moved right next to the store, and called something like Bits and More or something, then the entire thing moved all the way in North Raleigh, but I don't know if they took the used stuff with them. http://www.trianglehorsesports.com and http://www.mmtackshop.com but I'd just use the sites to get the locations and go there.Dover Saddlery is another magazine, but I don't consider them anywhere near cheap unless they're having closeouts (http://www.doversaddlery.com)And I remembered the other company. Valley Vet Supply. http://www.valleyvet.com/Tractor Supply Company - http://www.tractorsupply.comAnd check out nchorsenews.com. They have a classifieds section as well as a message board that people will trade things for (can't be money). Craigslist doesn't hurt, check out the farm and garden section.I hope this all helps. I don't know how many riders you're gonna find on TWW.

The Petsmart in Garner has a State Line Tack section actually...craigslist is also a decent place for used stuff. You just missed the equine extravaganza weekend at the fairgrounds, that would have been a good place to start as well.check out the listings for the Jim Graham Building for shows and whatnot coming to the fairgrounds. Sometimes there are decent deals at the end of the day.
