I have a room at Campus Crossings (former Uhouse) for rent. I re-signed a lease through July 2009, and then got an opportunity to pursue other options away from raleigh. It is a third floor apartment right next to the pool (not pool view but just on the other side). The room is one of 4, but the other 3 roommates will not be leaving. They are 3 really cool guys that enjoy having a good time, but will take life seriously when necessary. The apartment has our own furniture including a 52 inch hdtv! Rent is 480 per month, utilities are included, cable and wireless internet, and a bus to and from campus. You really cant beat this place! I need to be out of there ASAP!!! not to take away from your thread, but I also know someone looking for a 3rd roommate in a 3 bedroom in Campus Crossings. It is a male and a female in there right now. Not sure what bldg number but I can find that out if anyone is interested.
