TV Stand $35 (in like-new condition)

Knife Set--$7 (has wear on it, but works to have a variety of knives)

Rubbermaid storage containers (and other misc. ones)--all for $6

Cordless telephone--$5 (older model, but works fine)

Set of 4 larger than wine glasses--$4

Gift bags and tissue paper--$8 for all, or 50 cents a piece.

Washer/Dryer--$80 for the pair (you have to move it out of here yourself from a 3rd floor apartment building). They're ~20 years old but work great!

Living Room set--sleeper sofa & chair/ottoman. I would like to sell as a set for $1800, but will sell separately. The sleeper sofa is a must to go first before selling the chair/ottoman. I am asking $1150 for the sleeper sofa. It is 1 yr. old with minimal use, and blue microfiber fabric.
