Collect all the little paper clippings from three-hole punchers and scatter them all in his desk drawers and all over his desk. Those things get everywhere.

Have it play a stupid sound every time it comes upchange background to teletubbiesVery very very annoying accidental prankAnd a link to something in the right click menue that points to a computer that isnt online so like have it called WinZip and refernse like \\nonrealcomputer\winzip\zip.exe. Every time they right click the computer will hang for 2 or 3 seconds for the network timeout. Or tie it to a computer that is up sometimes and down sometimes so sometimes its fast sometimes its not.switch m/n keys on keyboard but wont work if hes a touch typistchange the images associated with common icons and the namesmost of these are pretty easily figured out, but the middle one the right click one took about a monthYou can scare somebody by putting an unbalaced cd in the cd rom drive (stickers)the old copy paste desktop wallpaper iconsi made a batch/vbs file that would scan to see if I explorer was open and then randomly close itHave it randomly open internet explorer to some stupid website or have it check to see if firefox was open, then close firefox and go to IE or vice versa

There was a pretty awesome thread about this sort of stuff in Premium Palace a few years back. It had some great ideas in it. I'm pretty sure a few of the more elaborate ones were from BobbyDigital[Edited on June 23, 2008 at 3:25 PM. Reason : /message_topic.aspx?topic=192022 for the premies.]

Some of the contracts guys in my program did the whole cardboard thing with a roof and all. Then, over the doorway of the house, they hung a large picture of the finance director with some Wizard of Oz-esque scribbles and a giant text balloon saying "[Finance Director] is watching you."

A modified version of this would be hilarious:http://lifehacker.com/software/wifi/turn-your-wifi-piggybackers-internet-upside-down-190441.phpBasically for those who are too lazy to click the link, it takes everything when they visit any website (images, text, etc) and flips it upside down.
