i have the samsung PN42A450 42" plasma television (720p) and, for whatever reason, whenever i use either my HTPC (ATI radeon HD 3850) or laptop (nvidia 8400M GS) via HDMI, it crops the picture...i've tried any number of settings, but no matter what, it crops

am i missing a driver or something? running both over VGA works fine

also, does anyone else have a problem with WRAL OTA audio popping? i thought it was my television speakers, but it ONLY happens when i'm watching WRAL OTA

i have a samsung lcd (52") and when i hook my powerbook to the HDMI input, the top and bottom of the picture is cropped, so I can't see the menu bars and status bars.

Have you tried using Powerstrip to change the resolution?
