Looking for a more upscale place than the usual college apt. but I work in the area so need something fairly close.

There are a bunch of new "starter homes" and I believe townhomes after you pass the golf course on Tryon Rd, before Hwy 401.

There are also some apartments for rent & sale in the neighborhood off Tryon Rd. across from the huge field, right past Lake Wheeler. Take Cherry Field Dr. to Betry Place to Valley Haven Dr.
