Lowe alpine makes the majority if not all there back packing packs as "torso fit" which is similar to the picture below. so basically it is adjustable to your size and hip belt and chest straps are also adjustable. Dont know if i mentioned this, but the top part of the pack is removable and can be worn as a fanny pack. If you want to try on the pack you are more than welcome to.
