for a sore throat, suck on a lemon slice with honey drizzled over it. my grandmother told me to do that when i was young.most people know this, but putting tobacco on a wasp sting.

Bee sting:Baking Soda and some water to make a paste. Cover the sting. It will help with the pain, swelling, and itching.

sunburn? Put vinegar on the sunburn, you might end up smelling odd but at least you won't peel!also for ant bites put meat tenderizer on them, the baking soda and water paste also works to remove the sting

I had a great uncle who swore by gargling with vinegar for a sore throat. I tried it, but with no luck. Sipping brandy seems to help, though. Also my wife's grandmother makes what she calls "Granny Salve" which is half and half camphor and vaseline or lard. Her whole family uses it on all kinds of cuts, etc...

^ along those lines, i keep a flask of my grandmother's apricot brandy by the bed when i have a sore throat...it soothes so much better than anything else...wake up every 2-3 hours, take a tiny swig, and sleep great

haha. my dad made me do this when i was little.if you have a low fever (dont suggest this if it's high)go outside and sprint for 1/4-1/2 mile.walk back.most of the time it would completely break my fever right then and there.

Walls, rub it with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Apply a piece of scotch tape on it and let it sit there for a while. For some reason, the adhesive draws out the poison or whatever.
