So, I haven't been driving my 93 Honda Civic much because I ride my bike to work and everywhere. I drive it about once a week to keep it running. Recently, the engine was cranking but not starting...we got it running by releasing pressure from the gas tank and letting air in over the air filter. I then had it in the shop for an oil change and engine tuneup - new spark plugs, wires, throttle body cleaned. When driving on the highway it blew out some smoke for 3 miles but ran fine and started reliably over the weekend while in Wilmington. My questions are:1) Is this related to the fuel pressure regulator?2) Any other ideas?

they may have put seafoam or something in your motor for the tuneup, which can cause smoke.
