if you have gas to get around, then you should have enough to buy a ~$10 charger.

ebay might have them for $5.

you could always download the razr driver and plug it into your computer

or you can get a usb-miniusb cable for cheap and use the comp, or find a usb-ac wall adapter like the one i just got from yugster for 2.95.
