New York-Based Interactive Advertising Agency is looking for a full-time SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Assistant.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:

-Content development and writing
-Researching and contacting sites to negotiate sponsorships and advertising
contracts
-Manage and discuss with clients strategy development and implementation

We experiencing tremendous growth and are picking up more clients than expected.
The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate in Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Web Development/Design.
A bonus structure will be in place in addition to the base compensation of $25,000.

Yeah, even for an assistant position that pay is $5,000 too low, even for someone with little experience. That position sounds more like an "Account Executive" rather than an assistant, as there is selling involved. If they're going to keep the base pay the same they should at least throw in a flashy title.
