I don't know the size of the frame. I could go measure it I guess. How do they measure frames?

Look on the downtube (the one that runs from the seatpost straight down to the cranks.) There should be a sticker at the bottom of that tube that says the size. It'll either be in the format of S, M, L (small, medium, large) or it may be in the format of 17", 18", 19".
