This god damn company doesn't know the meaning of 'expedited' shipping nor has any two day air delivery actually ever managed to make it to my house in two fucking days.

I will pay extra to use UPS, who manages to '5 day ground' faster then fedex does 2 day air.

For me it takes the same number of days for each, but fedex delivers first thing in the am while it seems my complex is the last drop off of the day for UPS

The only delivery I haven't had problems with is USPS. Maybe I'm just lucky. Or maybe those Christmas cookies to the mailwoman all those years have paid off

the problem with FedEx is that they do not count the day the package is shipped as a shipping day. so overnight after a certain time mostly means 2 days

if you ship UPS Red Saver = next day afternoon / UPS Red = next day early morning

I now change my decision to FUCK FEDEX as well.

I ordered something Friday a week and a half ago. Fedex picked it up Wed. evening in TX and had it to the local delivery facility at 7 am Sat. morning. Since then, it has sat there for days. Finally Tuesday the delivery guy picked it up, but he couldn't be bothered to stop by my office. On the tracking thing at 6 pm he checked in and said he could not deliver it. BULLSHIT. The fucking office was hoping from 7-5. He just never came by. Fuck him in his fucking ass. I am going to cuss this guy out when he gets here today for being a lying cocksucker. I can't believe that it takes over 4 days to get my delivery 15 miles!

FedEx totally pissed me off last month. I had some sulfuric acid shipped to me. Apparently they ignored the stickers all over the box that said "This End Up" and "Corrosive 8." I told the driver to drop off the packages in a vacant apartment. I come in a few hours later to find the box on the kitchen counter, upside down and saturated. Then I notice sulfuric acid on the vinyl flooring, countertop and wall. Luckily, I knew not to put water on it and was able to clean it up, but I had to repaint the wall. I just hope that dumbass driver wasn't wearing gloves.

Whoever shipped it was an idiot.

If the orientation of the package determines whether it will spill, it was shipped improperly.

Public Notice: nobody gives a shit about orientation arrows, they are all entirely too busy to care, and if the care of the package really is that sensitive, then you need to pay for the hand-carried high-value package service.

Where I used to live, I had to literally chase the FedEx guy down the street to get a package once. I was waiting for him in the foyer of the house. He ran up the porch and put one of those "you weren't home" door hangers on the screen door despite the fact that he could see me through the glass. He turned and left, again running. Once I realized what was going on, I had to chase him back to his truck screaming at him to get my package.
