I'd love to have one of these (MH900e)the 748 and 916/all of its successors family of bikes is also awesome, along with the 1098. I'd never pay for any of them, though--i'd rather have a japanese race-rep for a fraction of the price, unless I was just filthy rich.my granddad was a Ducati dealer (and pretty much all other euro bikes, though mostly BMW) back in the day.

I think the new Monster 696 looks awesome. Alot of the Ducati purists seem to think it looks terrible. Definitely giving the Speed Triple a run for its money

a guy used to have a ducati and parked near (it's been a while, i can't remember the building but where the CSC department is) when i was in school. i have never seen a ducati up close and personal except occasionally walking by his, but you always knew when he was coming or going... ducati's sound incredible.
