When are you taking the MCAT?
I have a full set of Examkrackers study books (Bio, Physics, Chem, Organic, Verbal)
a full set of the Examkrackers 1001 Question books (all subjects)
a full set of the Kaplan course books (that $2000 course, all subjects)
a full set of the Nova study books and 5 books of practice exams (Kaplan/Princeton Review/AAMC)....
I won't be done with them until mid-June however. I'd say I've invested $500+ in study materials... its quite expensive to apply to med school =(

^^^Good lord, you do not need that many resources to study for the MCAT. I used the one comprehensive Kaplan book and did fine. But if that's the way you like to study, go for it. Just hate to see so much money being thrown down, especially since you'll be in massive debt in a few years

if you buy that much stuff just for the MCAT, what the hell are you going to do for the USMLE which covers a vastly larger amount of information?

I have a Kaplan Mcat 2005-2006 Comprehensive review, 2 kalplan flashcard books of biology and chemistry terms, and kaplan practice tests book. All have some but very little writing in them like 10 pages in the whole thing. Let me know if anybody is interested. My girlfriend is also trying to sell hers. She has the books from the kaplan class.
