My lease expires Sept. 30th. You can sublet the apartment beginning anytime between now and August 1st, as long as you end in late September. Random examples: May 14-Sept 27, or June 20-Sept 30, August 1st-Sept 30. Any combination will work, I'm completely flexible.

The apartment is pretty standard for a 2BR, featuring:
Full kitchen
Washer/Dryer
Private Bath
Pool

The apt. is located half a mile past Wolf Creek on Hillsboro St. Its not a college apartment complex; but coincidently, 3/4 of the neighbors are. My current (male) roommate is really relaxed and laid back. Its perfect for whatever you need to do, just as long as the party ends before 4am. Its completely quiet here otherwise, perfect for grad-students. I've had about 7/8 cars over here before and had no problems with visitor parking. I really can't say anything bad about the place, at all.
