I didn't, but I heard that he is a great teacher. Rumor is that he teaches so that people who have that "engineering mindset" understand it really well.

I'm by no means a person who qualifies as one with an engineering mindset, but I heard he's a damn good teacher, hence I'm taking him this SUM I for Ochem2

how does that compare to like novak or dupont

dupont is the most horrible proff ive had sense ive been at ncsu (hes also refrenced more then once in the worst proffesors topic). Hes boring, arrogant, and unwilling to work or help students. Easy fricken exam

novak is one of the best proffs ive had. Hes totally funny, very good proffesor, gives lots of practice stuff, but his exams are tough. You really have to know what your doing to do well in his class

Sabapathy (which is his first name not last) is a good proff too. He doesn't bullshit around and expects you to know your ch221 and will burn you at the stake for not knowing it It ticks him off when people dont know what they are doing and try to improvise on exams
