My roommates and I are all leaving Raleigh around mid-May and all of our leases run through the summer. The rooms are individually leased, so if you need only one room, it still works for you.

It's an apartment, rooms are large, have walk-in closets, and private bathrooms. A living room, kitchen, pantry/laundry room, and patio are shared/commons area.

Rooms range from $435-467/month (different rates because we all signed at different times). The complex allows pets and is right off of Gorman/Trailwood/I-40. Close to campus. Located on city bus route. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher.
