yeah, there are food banks in most cities, and they're always looking for helpbe it anything from stocking to general cleanin' upevery bit helps

Food Bank. that sounds cool. never heard of them. i'd like to volunteer for something young and progressive. i think that'll get me involved. the poverty issue is really becoming a problem. especially with the rise of food cost.

I like to adopt bums. There are two bums downtown that I take care of (give money too, buy a sandwhich, etc).I highly recommend this method.

no worries. i think i'll figure something out. it's just lately i've felt the urge to really contribute. i've been watching CurrentTV and they talk about Haiti. i live so close and i see haitian people here often, but i had no idea it was the poorest country in the world.its hard to phantom.
