I think some industries are better suited for the work-till-you-get-your-stuff-done schedules. My job wouldn't work if I couldn't count on people to be in the office at the same time as me every day.

I'm a forester for the NC Forest Service.There's never really a typical day, but most days are anywhere from 8-9am to 5-6pm with some as late as 9pm depending on the fire situation[Edited on April 25, 2008 at 12:30 PM. Reason : On really bad fire days we can work over 24 hrs straight ]
