maybe i should buy an RX-7 and something with an inline-5, haha

and if i end up with an SV-650 sometime along the line, that'll check off V-twin

^^^ tr00 tr00. A buddy of mine thought about a v10 conversion into a 928. how badass would that be? There's one in a salvage yard a couple months ago that was going for around 3k I believe. There's also a few viper v10's on sale on ebay for about 3-5k too. Crates go for around 8k. Cheaper than an ls7

hope it's the new 500hp one, cause i sold my last generation one for 1200 WITH the truck :p 300hp does not sound like a lot at all these days though. yeah they are almost the same as viper engines, main difference being iron block

i left out V8 i guess, that was in the F three fiddy supa duty

Um, it was not the 3rd gen (the 500hp version). It was the 2nd gen v10 that made like ~470 hp iirc. But the 500hp ones have been sold on ebay for not much more. Kinda want one and find a good chasis to put it in just because...

Yeah, +1 with the 300hp isn't really much these days. it seems like half the "economical" sports cars these days have near that much, and the higher end ones have more like 400-500hp. I mean, even a stock Mustang GT has 300hp. I'm sure with a few bolt on upgrades, that can be easily increased at a reasonable price too. Hell, a stock entry level Corvette now has 430hp. That's more than a stock C5 z06.

it was an 82 honda magna ( vf750?) with a shaft drive. it was a watercooled v4. I really liked it, it was easy to ride and had plenty of power. they used that engine in the magna and the sabre, which was more of a steet bike style.
