well im using it on an existing website. its full of content. i guess thats the confusing part.

i had a bunch of joomla templates at one point

pretty easy to figure out. Plenty of resources, documentation, and tutorials on their help site as well as forum. Plenty of free stuff too. Templates are fairly easy to build too.
