House has deck and patio. Parking for 3 cars. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher.

I'm a guy and entering my 5th year (due to double-majoring in unrrelated majors) at NC State. Will be occupying 3rd bedroom. Non-smoker. Study during the week and like to have a good time on the weekends.

you mean no smoking inside the house.

Unless you own the house I dont see why you would deny someone who smokes ( not inside the house ) .


And as for the pets, do you have a pet and dont want anyone else's pet interacting with yours or is at the owners discretion ?

I don't have a pet. The no pets policy is at the owner's discretion as is the non-smoker's policy. Although the non-smoker's policy more rules out regular smokers, not people who have an occasional cigar or cigarette.
