Finally, gynaecologists P Sthapak and Pratibha Srivastava decided to do a caesarean 23 days before the due date. Meena and her husband Manoj were happy to be parents. They don't have a livelihood but live with Meena's parents who work as agricultural labourers. The doctors, however, had a word of caution for Meena. "She shouldn't get pregnant again. A second pregnancy will endanger her life," Dr Srivastava said."

We need to airdrop some condomns on poor people in the world. Better yet, we should airdrop education and empowerment on women in the poor countries so they can stand up to their husbands and not have a child every 2 years.
