Only problem is, I don't have any upcoming flights with JetBlue.

This is very interesting, further investigation is needed...

It’s nice to be able to cancel a credit card the minute you realize it’s missing. That way you can solve the problem before it starts by avoiding the need to deal with expunging malicious charges. "

if someone is using your credit card and was dumb enough to use your email address for the flight registration

they deserve to be caught

why would you all immediately assume they were using his credit card?? They probably just used his email address mistakenly. I have a common last name and my gmail account gets all sorts of shit for cruise confirmations and party invitations and stuff. There are probably a handful of idiots roaming around who think my email address is theirs.

Dear ,

We apologize for any confusion our previous email to you may have caused regarding a schedule change. The email was sent to you by mistake; it was intended for our customers who had their upcoming flights changed. Again, please accept our sincere apology, and disregard the email previously sent.

We realize that some of you who received the previous email may have a legitimate schedule change on a future flight with JetBlue. If this is the case, you will receive another email stating your new and corrected flight information.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a future opportunity to serve you.

Sincerely,

JetBlue Airways

Sounds like somebody selected "all" accidentally on their email list. Probably went to everyone who's flown JetBlue and provided an email address.
