I am in the process of buying a 4 bedroom house. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living room. I am looking to rent out the bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs there is another living room, my bedroom, the kitchen and the office(the 4th bedroom). The house is off of Leadmine and Lynn. $600 a month will include rent, electricity, gas, water, cable, internet, and all other fees. The rooms will be available July 31st. I will be remodeling the kitchen and hopefully adding a jacuzzi soon. I work 8-5 Mon thru Friday, then DJ Friday and Saturday Nights, so I'm barely ever home. I rarely have people over except some Thursday nights if I'm going out or an occasional late night Saturday nights when I get off at the club. I'm looking for someone whos personality matches mine. If you need a place to stay in July I can work that out also, just let me know.
