Netflix? Netflix, DVR, and On Demand. If I cant find anything on any of those, I usually go screw around on the internet.

V who and what?

Yeah, I haven't had tv in a few years now. At first I got a lot more accomplished, now I just sit around doing nothing with that time

actually I have wireless internet provided by my apt. complex, which is solid but a little slower than the cable internet I'm used to. cuts back on the amount of time I waste on the internet too.

I haven't paid for television. Ever. If I want to watch something I'll rent or buy it.

do you rent or buy the local nightly news?

(although i'm guessing you get network tv for free hence my question is moot)

no the only channels I get are the air broadcasts. I haven't even watched that since I move in, but I'll be glad I still get CBS and Fox come football season

yeah I never watched much TV, but you'd be surprised at how much even little bits here and there add up to.

what does hickory have to do with this? haha

Come on The Judge, I remember you being a little wittier and more entertaining. If you're going to be a top troll at this site you can never slack off, even in piss-on threads like this.

Didn't get cable until about a month ago and I moved in December. It wasn't too bad. Other people who came over were like UHHHHH... but they sucked it up. Watch more movies.

SO TRUE! We went w/o dish network for about a month.... but then I broke down and got it back.
I think I would have gone batshit crazy by now w/o it now that I can't do a whole lot b/c of my wreck, but-- I miss how productive days were w/o TV.

We get about 3 channels, but I don't really mind. Cable is not available here, and satellite is just not worth it to me.

I haven't had cable for about a year, and I haven't noticed an increase in productivity. I think it's because I use the internet to compensate.
